Free Shipping Details
All purchases over $80.00 and shipping to contiguous United States addresses, qualify for free standard shipping through DHL standard mail (final leg of delivery is done via USPS). Expedited shipping services are still available, but will need to be chosen and paid for during checkout. Order subtotal must meet $80 minimum after any promotions have been applied and before any taxes.
Orders with free shipping are shipped with a 1-3 business day processing time. Once shipped the order can take between 4-7 business days to be delivered. Please keep in mind that holidays and bad weather (even in other areas of the country) can delay your package. Shipping times are not guaranteed. DHL works in conjunction with USPS. If USPS will not deliver to your address, please use a different shipping address or upgrade to a different shipping options.
Free shipping is not available on international orders, including Canada.
Expedited Shipping Options
Expedited domestic shipping is available via USPS and UPS during the checkout process. If you would like to change your shipping method or place a phone order with expedited shipping, please email shipping@lifespa.com or call us at 303-516-4848.
Expedited shipping orders will ship out the same day, as long as they are placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) Monday-Friday. Expedited orders received after 12:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) will ship out the next business day. Please note that sending an email to request overnight shipping may cause delays.
Ground Advantage (USPS): 2-5 business days after shipping.
Priority Mail (USPS): 3-4 business days after shipping
3 Day Select (UPS): 3 business days after shipping; physical Address only. No PO Boxes
2nd Day Air (UPS): 2 business days after shipping; physical Address only. No PO Boxes

I didn’t get my package yet–what should I do?
Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can track on dhlglobalmail.com or usps.com.
If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, make sure you check alternative doors, neighbors, and anywhere else they might have left your package. LifeSpa will not refund or replace packages with a delivered status. If the tracking indicates delivered, the recipient is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier or post office. Once a package is delivered, LifeSpa is unable to act on behalf of the recipient because of postal policy.
Claims for shortages, incorrect items, and damages must be made within (5) days of delivery date and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
