Expedited Shipping

Expedited domestic shipping is available via USPS and UPS during the checkout process. If you would like to change your shipping method or place a phone order with expedited shipping, please email shipping@lifespa.com or call us at 303-516-4848. 

We guarantee that expedited shipping orders will ship out the same day, as long as they are placed before 12:00 PM Mountain Time (MT). Expedited orders received after 12:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) will ship out the next business day. Please note that sending an email to request overnight shipping may cause delays.

Priority Mail: 3-4 business days after shipping

3 Day Select (UPS): 3 business days after shipping; physical Address only. No PO Boxes

2nd Day Air (UPS): 2 business days after shipping; physical Address only. No PO Boxes

Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days after shipping 

I didn’t get my package yet–what should I do?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can track. If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, try checking with neighbors or giving your local carrier office a ring–it’s possible you received a notice that blew away. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, please give us a call at 303-516-4848 or email shipping@lifespa.com and we will look into it for you.
