Suggested Use: For optimal results take these items before meals. It is best to do the Wormwood Kit in its entirety. When used as directed on the bottle, the Wormwood Combination will last one month and the Cloves and Black Walnut Tincture will last 2 months. Many people do the Wormwood Kit once a year for maintenance.
