What Happens Next

1. When registering for the Colorado Ayurvedic Cleanse with online guidance, you’ll receive a welcome email with other instructions from dr.douillard@lifespa.com. (Please DO NOT reply to this email. DO add this email to your address book so it doesn’t end up in your spam filter.) The email will also include a form for when you are ready to start your cleanse the next day. When you are ready to begin your online guidance, open that form and choose “Start Tomorrow” so you can start at your own pace. *(If you do not wish to receive the daily emails and videos, please do not choose a start date). You should not fill out the form until the day before you wish to start cleansing.
2. Do you have a friend or loved one who would like to do a detox and digestion program like this? Invite them to sign up so you can keep each other motivated and inspired during—and after—the Colorado Ayurvedic Cleanse.
3. Cleanses are shipped within our standard shipping times, unless expedited shipping is selected at check out. When we ship your Colorado Ayurvedic Cleanse, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
