Do you ship overnight or 2-day?
Expedited domestic shipping is available via USPS & DHL during the checkout process. Any expedited orders must be placed online before 12:00 PM Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). If you would like to change your shipping method or place a phone order with expedited shipping, please call us at 303.516.4848 no later than 12:00 PM MDT. Expedited orders received after 12:00 PM MDT will ship out the next business day. Please note that sending an email to request overnight shipping may cause delays.
I didn’t get my package yet–what should I do?

Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can track on dhlglobalmail.com or usps.com. If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, try checking with neighbors or giving your local carrier office a ring–it’s possible you received a notice that blew away. If you didn’t receive a tracking number, please give us a call at 303-516-4848 or email shipping@lifespa.com and we will look into it for you.
