Free Shipping (U.S. only)
All purchases over $80.00 and shipping to U.S. addresses qualify for free standard shipping. Expedited shipping services are still available but will need to be chosen and paid for during checkout. Order subtotal must meet $80 minimum after any promotions have been applied. All orders ship via standard mail with a tracking number.
Free shipping is not available on international orders, including Canada.
We think you’ll love our Ayurvedic products but we know that sometimes you might have to return an item.
Because we want to give you enough time to try our products for at least a full month, we offer a generous 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed 90-day return window from the date of purchase. All returns must be received within this window to be eligible for a full refund of the product price. We cannot refund S&H charges on product returns.
How Do I Return a Product?
- Fill out LifeSpa’s Return Form located at the bottom of this page.
- You will receive an email from email@example.com confirming your return request.
- Follow the instructions and guidelines provided in your return request email.
*Please make note of your shipping carrier and tracking information. LifeSpa® Products, LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged upon return.
When we receive your return, we’ll refund the product cost to the same payment method that you used to purchase it. We do not reimburse shipping costs and apologize for the inconvenience.
Please note: Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once processed, refunds can take anywhere from 7-14 business days before they appear on a credit card or banking statement. Please confirm with your banking institution that there is not a pending refund before contacting us with any questions.
Product Return Guidelines
- Herb and Supplement products must be at least ¼ – ½ full and only 1 open bottle of each formula will be accepted per return.
- LifeSpa Skin Care products must be at least ¾ full.
- Books, CDs, or other media need to be in New Condition within 30 days of original purchase.
- Electronic books and any downloadable items will not be eligible for a refund.
- All Electronics, including HyperIce products, need to be in New Condition within 30 days of original purchase. Please contact customer service for any questions about product warranties.
- All Medical Devices, including Posture Pump products, need to be in New Condition within 30 days of original purchase. Please contact customer service for any questions about product warranties.
- If you are enrolled in one of our eCourses, you need to call or email us to cancel your subscription within 5 days of purchase.
- For all partial cleanse kit returns, each product returned will be refunded for the discounted price originally charged as a component of the kit.
