	It certainly ....
	distracts you from emotional eating ! Actually I completely got deinterested from eating and certainly was not hungry. Downside was constipation. Might not repeat the cleanse for that reason.

	Short Home Cleanse
	I can honestly say I did not like this short home cleanse. After doing the two week cleanse several times, this cleanse fell very short from my expectations and felt that my body needed more time to prepare. I only got the cleanse because I intended to place an order for the two week cleanse and some how pushes the wring button!! I am really looking forward to the Spring Cleanse!!
